With expert guidance from two dedicated coaches, you'll receive personalised attention and feedback in a supportive, fun environment. Our approach combines the best elements of Pilates and strength training to target key areas like your core, hips, shoulders and lower back—crucial for optimal movement, power and injury prevention. This class is ideal for: Improving Core Strength: Build a solid foundation for better posture, stability and power in all your activities. Enhancing Mobility: Increase flexibility and joint range of motion for better movement efficiency and recovery.
