Whether you're new to strength training or looking to take your fitness to the next level, this class will help you feel stronger, more confident and ready to tackle any challenge. With expert guidance from two dedicated coaches, you’ll enjoy personalised attention in a supportive and fun environment. Each session is packed with a variety of exercises targeting all major muscle groups, designed to build functional strength, tone your body and boost your metabolism. The class is perfect for women who want to: Build and tone lean muscle Improve strength and endurance Learn proper form and technique for injury prevention Get a full-body workout in a fun, supportive environment This high-energy, circuit-style class offers a great balance of challenge and support, giving you the tools to build a stronger, fitter version of yourself.
