Build Power, Endurance & Performance This class is specifically designed to help female cyclists build the strength, power and endurance needed to excel on the bike. Whether you’re aiming to ride faster, increase stamina or prevent injuries, this strength circuit will take your cycling performance to the next level. With expert guidance from two dedicated coaches, you’ll enjoy personalised attention in a supportive and fun environment. Each session is crafted to target the key muscle groups crucial for cycling, including the core, quads, glutes, hamstrings and upper body—ensuring you build functional strength that translates directly into improved performance on your bike. Our workouts are cycling-specific, focusing on: Power: Explosive movements to enhance pedal force and sprinting ability. Endurance: Full-body exercises that improve stamina and reduce fatigue on long rides. Core Strength: Targeted exercises to improve stability and posture, crucial for maintaining good form during long rides and races. Recovery: Movement patterns to prevent overuse injuries and speed up recovery time. This class is ideal for female cyclists of all levels—whether you're a competitive racer or a recreational rider—looking to increase strength, recover faster and ride with more power and control. Join us in a fun, motivating environment where you’ll unlock your full cycling potential and elevate your performance, on and off the bike! All equipment provided, please bring water and a towel.
