We specialise in helping women fit strength training into their lives, whether they are doing it for the first time, after a break or because they want to level up their performance.


Our online coaching combines the support, motivation and accountability you'd get from a personal trainer but with the flexibility of working out whenever and wherever it suits you. You can access your training plan online and follow it at your own pace, without having to commit to set times or locations.

We take the time to get to know you, so we can coach you through an online strength training programme that delivers results. Choose from one of four sports-specific programmes for hikers, runners and cyclists.

 

At the heart of our programme is a commitment to comprehensive wellness - these are the differences that make the difference, especially if you’re seeking performance gains.

You can sign up for online coaching as a standalone service or combine it with in-person sessions for holistic support. Whether your goal is body composition changes, building consistent fitness habits or athletic achievement, our programmes are designed to transform both your performance and your life.​

Hi, we're Lil & Vic, two fitness professionals on a mission to make a lasting difference for the good of the rider and for the good of the horse. 

 

We train equestrian women who understand that riding is a partnership and they as riders are the only one who can consciously choose to create change.  

 

 

We provide 1-2-1 training across Herts/Bucks and have combined our knowledge to create a unique online coaching programme to help you become a better rider.

Simply riding your horse isn't enough! Our custom-designed training programs are built to help you overcome your individual weaknesses and become a more confident, balanced and supple rider. We believe that the best results come from a holistic approach which is why we go beyond the basics and focus on the bigger picture of rider performance.

 

Our sessions start with an in-depth assessment to analyse your movement patterns on the ground. This helps us gain a clearer understanding of your posture and biomechanics before you even step into the saddle. By paying attention to every detail—from head to toe—we ensure that no aspect of your riding is overlooked.

We’ve successfully helped hundreds of equestrians improve their performance, whether through tailored workouts in the gym or Pilates studio, training on the Racewood simulator or hands-on sessions with their own horses. We are deeply passionate about improving riding for the good of the horse AND the rider and we have extensive expertise in biomechanics, sports psychology and classical dressage. This knowledge, combined with countless hours of study and practice, allows us to create personalised training plans that maximise your time, effort and investment.

 

No matter your current level or specific goals, we’ll work closely with you to develop a targeted plan that addresses your unique needs and empowers you to achieve true harmony with your horse. Whether you're aiming to fine-tune your riding skills, build core strength, or gain more confidence, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

As coaches we help find solutions but we don't enable excuses: if you want change and are prepared to work for it, we are waiting to show you the way.

Choose from two stunning studio locations in The Chilterns. Both venues are in peaceful, private locations with onsite parking.

 

My base is in the heart of The Chilterns near Cholesbury. The fully equipped studio contains two Balanced Body Allegro II reformers, a Wundachair, weights and small equipment.

 

Once a week I am on the riverside near Cookham in a beautiful modern studio, also with a Balanced Body Allegro II, weights and small equipment.

 

Both studios provide a private sanctuary to escape life’s daily demands and focus on yourself.

ONLINE COACHING

Our six week online programme, EmpowHer.6, combines  progressive strength training workouts in a user-friendly app, with coaching support to keep you on track, challenge you and help you make strength training part of a balanced lifestyle.
