Our online coaching combines the motivation, support and accountability of a personal trainer with unmatched flexibility, accessibility and affordability.

 

We specialise in helping women incorporate strength training into their lives—whether you're just starting, returning after a break or aiming to level up your performance.

 

At the heart of our programme is a commitment to comprehensive wellness - these are the differences that make the difference, especially if you’re seeking performance gains.

 

We take the time to get to know each client individually, so we can coach you through a workout programme that delivers results. Choose from one of three sports-specific programmes for hikers, runners and cyclists

You can sign up for online coaching as a standalone service or combine it with in-person sessions for holistic support. Whether your goal is body composition changes, building consistent fitness habits or athletic achievement, our programmes are designed to transform both your performance and your life.

How much is it and when can I start? 

The online programme is £169 for 6 weeks making this a great option for anyone who needs flexible training that is great value!  ​

Whether it's walking the Kings Trail in the Arctic Circle or competing in triathlon, I'm always looking to be strong enough for my next adventure.

 

5 years ago I had a bad horse-riding accident that shattered my pelvis and my confidence. But with hard work and patience I came back stronger than ever, qualifying for team GB in triathlon.

 

I love the process of training, seeing the progression and getting results, and what’s even better, as a personal trainer, is supporting my clients so they can feel it too!

I am a lover of mountains, adventures and all things outdoors so most days you will find me hiking, running or riding near my home in The Chilterns. 

As a Pilates instructor and personal trainer, I help my clients connect mind and body, so they can fulfil their goals and feel great in the process

Sleeping better, feeling more energetic and I haven’t had a headache since starting the course. I used to have a headache at least once a week.
