Hi, I’m Lil! I’m a personal trainer and soon-to-be strength and conditioning coach, passionate about helping women build both physical and mental strength so they can confidently achieve whatever they set their minds to.

With a background in endurance sports (I’m a GB triathlon age-group qualifier), I blend both personal and professional experience to help you smash your goals.

I know first hand how transformative strength training and consistent effort can be. After a serious riding accident left me with a shattered pelvis, I faced both physical and mental setbacks. But through hard work, patience and the right support, I not only recovered—I came back stronger than ever.

 

I’ve learned that the journey is just as important as the destination. That’s why, as a personal trainer, I’m passionate about guiding my clients through their own transformations.

Training with me means access to a welcoming, fully equipped private studio designed to give you the best tools for your success.

 

With convenient parking and flexible scheduling (including early morning sessions starting at 5am!), you can focus on your workouts without the hassle. Children are welcome. 


I work with a select number of clients to ensure that every session is tailored, personal and impactful.

Equipment includes Primal Strength free weights, squat rack, olympic bars, bumper plates.
