How much is it and when can I start?
What started off as a physical strength and conditioning programme quickly turned into a whole-person programme for my current goals and a plan that would withstand the test of time for all future goal setting and competitions.
My riding has improved so much through fine tuning my body and working on the weaker muscles so I can ride without having to compensate in other areas. A more balanced and stronger rider made for a happier horse and faster progression of my goals.
We have noticed an astounding improvement in my horse’s behaviour and posture. He is now able to track up for the first time and his new relaxed way of moving has enabled both of us to stay calm, connected and focused.

We’ve helped hundreds of equestrians in the gym/Pilates studio, on the Racewood simulator and with their own horses, we’ve spent hours studying biomechanics, sports psychology and classical dressage and we live and breathe being the best riders and trainers we can be for our own herds. Our combined knowledge is what sets this programme apart and we're excited to share it with you.

Hi I’m Victoria - Personal trainer, EquiPilates Biomechanics Trainer and Centre 10 Applied Psychology for Equestrian Coach. I am passionate about horse welfare, empowering women through movement and love helping equestrians and their horses to move better and feel great!
I advocate for a holistic approach to horse training and riding, prioritising the physical and emotional well-being of the horse. Having helped hundreds of riders to ride more skilfully on the Racewood simulator and integrate this with off-horse training, I am here to help you do the same without your horse being your gym.
I love working with women who want to grow their comfort zones. Women who show up to work hard and be stretched physically and mentally. I will help you experience how becoming the rider your horse would choose will elevate not only your riding and enjoyment with your horse but how it adds to every area of your life.
