We provide 1-2-1 training across Herts/Bucks and have combined our knowledge to create a unique online coaching programme to help you make strength and conditioning part of your training schedule.
1-2-1 TRAINING
We provide personal training, reformer Pilates and strength and conditioning at two amazing private studio locations near Watford and Cookham, as well as a remote training option.
ONLINE COACHING
We have created three progressive exercise programmes that you can do in your own time, from home, gym or holiday:

We will coach you through your chosen programme with personalised check-ins, individual targets and 1-2-1 support.

WHO WE WORK WITH
Lil
I train women of all different levels, yet they all have one thing in common: their commitment to show up for themselves and work hard. Having learned the importance of prioritising myself, I now assist these women in putting themselves first. When they enter the studio, it becomes their time to shine, a dedicated space where they can focus on their goals and celebrate their progress.
Whether it’s helping aspiring athletes get a PB on their next time trial, running a marathon or hiking their first mountain, I understand the impact and importance that strength training can have on performance. Having trained in endurance sports to a high level (GB triathlon age qualified) I combine personal and professional experience to help you smash your goals.
Vic
I love working with women who want to grow their comfort zones. Women who show up to work hard and be stretched physically and mentally.
They set big goals and we work together to make that a reality. From significant weight loss to Ironman to redefining ageing, I help clients connect movement and mindset so that they can fulfil their goals and enjoy the process.
A self-professed ‘course junkie’ I love learning and am looking forward to upgrading my biomechanics coaching at the end of this year.
