Hi, we're Lil & Vic, two coaches on a mission to empower women over 30 to build strong, fit bodies for unstoppable performance.
We specialise in helping women fit strength training into their lives, whether they want to level up their performance, remain active into their last decades or are returning after a break.
Train with us online or in person.
Personal Training
One-to-one training is the fastest, most efficient way to achieve progress and results. We offer strength & conditioning and reformer Pilates at two exceptional private studio locations in Chandlers Cross nr. Watford and Bourne End nr. Cookham. Specialised equipment, onsite parking and personalised programming - this is performance training at its best!


Group Classes
Online Workouts
Strength training is for every woman so we've made it flexible and accessible! Professionally designed workouts without the high costs of personal coaching. Work out in your own time from home, gym or holiday and track your workouts on our user friendly app. Choose your workout by sport or body splits and make strength training part of your life.



Online Coaching
Whether your goal is body composition changes, building consistent fitness habits or athletic achievement, we will support you in transforming both your performance and your life. Our online coaching combines the support, motivation and accountability you'd get from a personal trainer with the flexibility of working out whenever and wherever it suits you! Includes online workouts, weekly check-ins, guidance library and private support group. ​​
